Payvill Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Payvill platform, including the Resume Builder feature, Marketplace feature, mobile application ("App"), Website (Payvill.com or resume.payvill.com) and all related services ("Services") and (“Features”). By accessing or using any part of Payvill, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Payvill.

Eligibility:

Payvill is available to all users who meet the legal requirements in their jurisdiction.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

User Content:

Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you provide on Payvill, including personal information, resume details, profile information, task descriptions, Marketplace listings, and evidence uploaded for bookings.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content.
Payvill's Claim: Payvill does not claim ownership of your content except for anonymized data used for analytics.
License: By using Payvill, you grant Payvill a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing Payvill services and related features.

Use of the Payvill:

Lawful Use: You agree to use Payvill only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
Prohibited Content: You shall not upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized Access: You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Payvill's systems or networks.

Limitation of Liability:

Payvill shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of Payvill or any services offered on the platform. Payvill's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to access Payvill services. Payvill tries to be as transparent as possible regarding buyer and seller information representation and transaction. Users are solely responsible for making any transaction on or off payvill with payvill sellers or buyers on their own account and Payvill will not take any liability of that transaction. Payvill expect both parties (buyer and seller) to do their due diligence on or off payvill before engaging on a transaction

Modifications and Termination:

Payvill reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of Payvill or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Payvill may also update or revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms on the Site.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Payvill is based. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Payvill shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify Payvill immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Marketplace Feature:

The Marketplace feature allows users to offer and hire services (e.g., bartending, handyman services).
By creating a profile, you acknowledge that your profile information may be used in the Marketplace.
You can choose to make your profile public for job opportunities or opt-out of Marketplace visibility.
Service providers may be required to undergo verification processes (e.g., identity verification, license verification) to offer certain services.
Payvill is not responsible for interactions, transactions, or agreements between users on the Marketplace.
Users are solely responsible for their interactions and any outcomes resulting from those interactions, including the quality of services provided or received.
Payvill reserves the right to moderate and remove profiles or listings that violate these Terms or do not meet quality standards.

Booking System:

Buyers can book services offered by sellers on the platform.
Bookings may involve features like:
- Time slots and timer tasks
- Buyer-specified task details
- Evidence uploads by sellers to document task completion
The final service price may be determined by factors like:
- Seller's pricing structure
- Timesheet data for timer tasks
- Buyer

We have used certain terms and keys throughout the app and you will find some details about them on the ledger section. You may always contact us for clarification should you have any concerns:

Timesheet	A record of time spent on a booking, generated by timer tasks.	Buyer & Seller	Can be used for final price calculation.
Timer Task	A continuous time block associated with a booking day, tracked by a timer.	Seller	To track time spent on the booking.
Evidence	Documentation, photos, screenshots, or other materials uploaded by a seller to document the completion of tasks associated with a booking.	Seller	Required evidence can be specified by the buyer during booking. Evidence is not publicly viewable.

Transaction	The financial or non financial exchange that occurs between a buyer and seller when a booking is completed and payment is processed through or outside of Payvill.	Buyer & Seller	Includes details like invoice amount, payment method, and any fees.
